DAV statement on Senate agreement on Honoring our PACT Act
DAV is an organization of veterans helping veterans.
The reasons are as individual as our members. Some join for the fellowship at our more 1,200 local chapters. Some for the inspiring national events. Others for opportunities to serve their fellow veterans and their families. And many join to continue the fight to support the rights and benefits of all veterans. DAV understands the needs of veterans because we are veterans—1 million strong. We invite you to join our cause.

This week is #NationalPhysiciansWeek. Many veterans have VA physicians to thank for the continued care and support they provide. Thanks to their help, disabled veterans are able to live longer, happier, and healthier lives. Let’s show the medical community our appreciation this week! #veterans #DAV

There are many awards that can be given to a service member for various actions, but one particular award stands out. The Medal of Honor is the highest honor one can receive for valor in combat. Today, on #NationalMedalOfHonorDay, join us in honoring the heroism and sacrifice of all Medal of Honor recipients.
The loading dock is being constructed here in Snowmass Village and the veterans are starting to arrive. Stay tuned all week and cheer on participants at the 2023 National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic! #wintersportsclinic
