James Lukeman of the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation last week where they kicked off the 250th birthday celebrations for the U.S. Marine Corps. Though their birthday is not until November, the foundation is hosting celebrations throughout the country leading up to the anniversary and is inviting DAV stakeholders in every state to honor the service and sacrifices of Marines.
