Since the Fall of 2021, DAV has been executing canvassing campaigns in the Tampa, FL, Nashville, TN, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, San Antonio, TX, San Diego, CA, and Cincinnati, OH / Northern Kentucky markets. Each year DAV expands their reach and adds new markets. The teams also make road trips throughout the year to many other markets.
The canvassing teams execute a boots-on-the-ground program outside of retail establishments to share information about how DAV supports our nation’s disabled veterans. They also share that by donating monthly, individuals can become DAV Honor Guard members and contribute to ensuring our nation’s heroes receive the benefits they have earned.
