DAV Department of Colorado leads the charge to establish the Colorado Trust, through which chapters and state-level departments can share the wealth, allowing those with surplus funds to support service initiatives. Its name will eventually change to the Columbia Trust and expand to ensure DAV services and special programs are available nationwide.
The reasons are as individual as our members. Some join for the fellowship at our more than 1,200 local chapters. Some for the inspiring national events. Others for opportunities to serve their fellow veterans and their families. And many join to continue the fight to support the rights and benefits of all veterans. DAV understands the needs of veterans because we are veterans—1 million strong. We invite you to join our cause.

DAV Caregivers Support celebrates its 3-year anniversary today! ❤️
Since launching in 2023, the program has helped veterans and caregivers connect with resources, support and a community that understands the unique challenges of caregiving.
Whether you’re a caregiver to a veteran or you are a veteran providing care for a loved one, you don’t have to navigate caregiving alone.
