DAV believes in taking care of America’s veterans—but not by taking away from other veterans. The Take Care of America’s Veterans Act includes critical priorities for veterans and their families. But Congress must not pass TCAVA at the expense of future veterans who are equally entitled to their earned benefits. Congress must remove Section 108 and then pass TCAVA. ...

Later this month, DAV is sponsoring A Nation Remembers Veterans Weekend (Sept. 16–20, 2026) at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky.
