Golden Corral and DAV are proud to relaunch the annual Military Appreciation Night on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, between 5 and 9 p.m. Participating Golden Corral restaurants nationwide will welcome our nation’s veterans and active-duty military men and women to a free buffet dinner and drink and tons of camaraderie.
Over the past 20 years, DAV departments and chapters have raised nearly $17 million in donations as a result of the annual tradition. That’s not all, as nearly 6 million free meals have also been served. Military Appreciation Night is Golden Corral’s way of saying “Thank You” to our nation’s veterans and active-duty military. Be sure to visit the DAV information table.
Share your evening! Send photos of your chapter or department at a Military Appreciation Night event to [email protected] by Nov. 19, and your photo could be selected for the January/February edition of DAV Magazine.

DAV is an organization of veterans helping veterans.
The reasons are as individual as our members. Some join for the fellowship at our more than 1,200 local chapters. Some for the inspiring national events. Others for opportunities to serve their fellow veterans and their families. And many join to continue the fight to support the rights and benefits of all veterans. DAV understands the needs of veterans because we are veterans—1 million strong. We invite you to join our cause.

Through its DraftKings SERVES program, DraftKings is donating $50,000 to help fuel the DAV Transportation Network, which provides no-cost rides to and from VA medical appointments for ill and injured veterans. Volunteer drivers provide more than 230,000 rides annually, helping veterans access the medical care they’ve earned.
We’re grateful to DraftKings for its generous contribution to support our mission so DAV can ensure transportation isn't a barrier to care. ❤️ ...
