The Interactive Training, Research, Advocacy and Knowledge system, known as iTRAK, makes the institutional knowledge of DAV’s National Service Officer Program accessible to benefits advocates nationwide. This state of the art system is funded through the DAV National Service Foundation.

U.S. Senator Mike Rounds graciously attended the DAV Department of South Dakota annual department convention earlier this month, where he told our members that he’s supportive of sponsoring legislation in support of DAV National Resolution 55. This resolution, which was adopted during the 2025 DAV & Auxiliary National Convention in Las Vegas, supports guaranteed access to second medical opinions for veterans.
