Our longtime supporter and friend, Ford Motor Company, has again partnered with DAV with their “Drive 4 UR Community” program, which is an ongoing program that operates during the year, weather permitting. This is an opportunity for Departments to raise funds for veterans and their families right in their own backyard.
Local dealerships can partner with a DAV Department to host an event. Together, they will select a date, time, and coordination of volunteers and promotions. On this event date, for every person who takes the wheel and test-drives a new Ford vehicle at a Ford dealership, Ford Motor Company will donate $20 to the participating DAV Department, up to $6,000.
