In response to the rapidly evolving situation regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus, DAV and RecruitMilitary want to assure you that the health and well-being of veterans, jobseekers and our team is our priority. For that reason, in response to guidance from the CDC to limit large gatherings, we are shifting all Veterans Job Fair’s to a virtual setting through December 2020. The events will now take place in our Virtual Veteran Career Fair platform, allowing organizations to still connect with veteran talent to meet their hiring needs.
What does a virtual job fair look like?
- An exclusive chat room with real-time engagement in group and personalized one-on-one interactions
- Ability to conduct video interviews, broadcasts or screencast presentations
- A job board that includes unlimited job postings
- Access to post-event activity reporting and more
The virtual format may be new to some, but we’re confident that jobseekers will find this experience to be as valuable and rewarding as attending our traditional in-person hiring events. Thank you for your patience as we continue our mission to connect employers with top veteran job candidates.
