DAV National Commander Daniel Contreras is scheduled to deliver the national commander’s annual testimony at a special event April 12 at The Hills Hotel in Laguna Hills, California.

Rates are available three days before and after the April 9–15 meeting dates for those who want to stay longer and visit the area.
