The Veterans Health Administration is conducting an update of its national telephone Survey of Enrollees.
The survey provides essential information on veteran utilization of health services, which is used in projecting the resources and services needed in VHA and in developing VHA’s budget. The 15-30 minute telephone survey collects information on a random sample of 42,000 veterans enrolled in the VA system.
Each Veterans Integrated Service Network will have approximately 2,000 enrollees surveyed. The survey will be fully initiated the week of September 22. Interviewing will continue for 10 weeks.
