House Passes Advance Appropriations


On July 10, 2009, the House passed H.R. 3082, the FY 2010 Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act by a vote of 415-3. The bill provides $108.9 billion to fund VA health care and benefits programs, matching the President’s request, which is $14.5 billion above 2009.
