The membership list of the disabled veterans who belong to the DAV as fraternal
members is not shared with any other organization for any reason. The same is true
of the list of family members who belong to the DAV Auxiliary. This policy includes
the names of members, their e-mail and postal addresses, their telephone numbers
and any other information the DAV may have on its membership files.
Our website server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on all forms that capture
information entered on our web pages. Furthermore, when you make a donation to DAV
using a credit card, the credit card information is transferred under SSL encryption
to PayPal, our transaction partner. The credit card information is not stored by
DAV. SSL technology is the industry standard used to protect personal information
on the Internet.
